OUR GREATEST NEED
Did you know that everyone born in this world is a sinner and there is not one righteous person before God? Our sin separates us from God. Since God is absolutely holy, He cannot tolerate sin. God is also totally just, so His justice condemns the sinner to hell. Therefore, there arises a great need – that of a Saviour to save us from our sin.
GOD’S GREATEST SACRIFICE
God is full of love and because of His nature, He made a way to save us from our sin. He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ to die on the Cross as a payment for our sins. The punishment that we deserved, was borne by Jesus Himself. God’s justice was satisfied on the cross and our sins have been totally paid for. The blood of Jesus was God’s way of meeting man’s great need. We can now receive forgiveness and cleansing because of the blood of Christ.
OUR GREATEST DECISION
It was God’s choice, not ours,to save us from our sin. But now you are left with a choice to accept God’s gift to us.
1. Firstly, admit that you are a sinner and cannot save yourself.
2. Secondly, believe with your whole heart that the Lord Jesus Christ died for your sins.
3. Lastly, accept Jesus as your personal Saviour and welcome Him in your heart.
Friend, Jesus shed His blood, died, buried and rose again on the third day. Today He is seated in heaven and He is waiting for you to make your greatest decision in life. He is willing to save you, and offers you eternal life if you just believe on Him.
So why don’t you put your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and be sure of your eternal destiny? Please don’t wait till it is too late. This is one of the most important decision of your life and you can be assured that it will be the best decision you’ve ever made in your life.
If you have decided to accept Jesus as your Saviour, say in your heart, “Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner & cannot save myself. Thank you for dying for my sins. I accept you as my personal Saviour. Amen”.
